Asparagus Caprese Salad

Ingredients

(1) bunch asparagus, rinsed & white ends trimmed off
16-20 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
12-15 Marinated mozzarella balls, sliced in half
Black Peppercorn Olive Oil
Neapolitan Balsamic
Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning(sold in store)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Place rinsed & trimmed asparagus on a rimmed baking sheet & drizzle with Black Peppercorn Olive Oil
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender
4. In the meantime, in a small frying pan, place halved grape tomatoes & saute with Black Peppercorn Olive Oil until softened
5. Once asparagus is cooked to your preference, remove from oven & place on a serving platter
6. Top asparagus with tomatoes & mozzarella, then drizzle with Black Peppercorn Olive Oil & Neapolitan Balsamic & sprinkle with Tuscan Farmhouse seasoning
