Ingredients

Scale

4 pears, I used bartlett

24 fresh cranberries

4 T chopped pecans

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

3 T honey

Ice Cream or Yogurt for pairing

3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Half the pears and then core them with a cookie scoop. You can also use a melon baller.

Place the pear halves on a large baking sheet, cored side up. Place 3 cranberries into the cored part of each pear. Sprinkle them with about 1/2 T of pecans.

Sprinkle each pear half with the cinnamon and nutmeg.

Drizzle each pear with the honey evenly.

Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until they are tender.

Remove from oven and drizzle evenly with 2 tablespoons of the Cranberry Balsamic vinegar.

To serve, add one baked pear to a side dish, add a few scoops of ice cream next to pear and drizzle the ice cream/ yogurt with the remaining tablespoon of Cranberry Pear Balsamic.

Bone Appetit!
