Balsamic Roasted Sheet Pan with Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans

- 4 Chicken Thighs
- 12 oz of Green Beans
- 1 ½ pounds of Baby Dutch Yellow potatoes, halved
- 6 pieces of bacon, sliced into quarters
- 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
- 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Fig Balsamic
- 2 T Tuscan Farmhouse Blend Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place potatoes, green beans, and chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil and Fig Balsamic Vinegar. Sprinkle the Tuscan Farmhouse Blend Herbs evenly. Top with Bacon pieces.
- Place in oven and roast for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and chicken measures 165 degrees internally.
