Balsamic Roasted Sheet Pan with Chicken, Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • 12 oz of Green Beans
  • 1 ½ pounds of Baby Dutch Yellow potatoes, halved
  • 6 pieces of bacon, sliced into quarters
  • 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil
  • 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Fig Balsamic
  • 2 T Tuscan Farmhouse Blend Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place potatoes, green beans, and chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with Mushroom and Sage Olive Oil and Fig Balsamic Vinegar. Sprinkle the Tuscan Farmhouse Blend Herbs evenly. Top with Bacon pieces.
  4. Place in oven and roast for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and chicken measures 165 degrees internally.
