Basil Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 2 T milk, half and half, heavy cream, or dairy free milk (whatever you have!)
  • 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Basil Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Pepper, Diced
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup cubed Ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh Basil to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk and olive oil together.
  3. Pour egg mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  4. Top with red pepper, mushrooms, ham and cheese.
  5. Mix together to combine.
  6. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes, or until eggs are fully cooked.
  7. Enjoy!
