Blood Orange Chocolate Bark
Ingredients

- 1 bag of dark chocolate chips, we used Ghirardelli 60% cacao
- 2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 2 T cashew halves
- 2 T dried cranberries
- 1 T pumpkin seeds
- A light sprinkle of coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and Blood Orange Olive Oil in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the water doesn’t touch the bowl. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted. Make sure to stir occasionally and not to overcook, you do not want to burn the chocolate.
- Pour melted chocolate into a parchment lined baking sheet (a size that will fit in your refrigerator)
- Top with the remaining ingredients, distributing as evenly as possible.
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until the bark has hardened.
- Break into chunks randomly and enjoy!
- For best results store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
