Dark Strawberry & EVOO Salad Dressing
Ingredients
Scale
For the salad:
Leafy greens of your choice
Fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
Feta, to taste
Sourdough croutons (see below)
For the dressing:
1/4 cup Estate Reserve EVOO
1–2T Dark Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
For the salad:
Place all in a bowl
For the croutons:
1. Cut sourdough into 1/4″ cubes & place on a small baking sheet
2. Drizzle with EVOO & bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes
For the dressing:
1. In a small bowl, add all 3 ingredients
2. Whisk until fully combined
3. Drizzle over your salad!
