Ingredients

Scale

2 pounds Salmon Filet

2 tbsp Salt Sisters Butcher’s Blend Seasoning (sold in store)

2 tbsp Pinehurst Olive Oil Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

2 tbsp Pinehurst Olive Oil Maple Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up and to prevent salmon skin from sticking to the baking sheet.
Take salmon filet out of the package and pat it dry with a paper towel all around.
Rub it with the Wood Smoked Olive Oil on flesh and the skin side and place it skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Season salmon with The Butchers Blend Seasoning.
Place into the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle the Maple Balsamic all over the salmon filet. Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon is flaky. Salmon is considered fully cooked at 145° internal temperature.
Take salmon out of the oven when ready and let it rest on the serving dish for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs (optional)
