Milanese Chicken Beast

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced in ½ to make 4 thin breasts
- 1 cup of flour of choice
- 1 cup of Panko Crumbs
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
- 1 large egg
- 6 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- 2 T Tuscan Farmhouse Blend Seasoning
Instructions
- Pound the 4 chicken breasts until they are 1/4 inch thick.
- Combine flour, pepper, pink Himalayan salt, and Tuscan Farmhouse Blend.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour Mixture.
- Dredge the chicken in the egg wash.
- Dredge the chicken in the panko crumbs.
- Preheat Herbes de Provence Olive Oil on medium heat.
- Add the coated breasts to the large skillet and cook approximately 4-6 minutes each side, or until the chicken registers an internal temperature of 165 degrees. This may need to be done in two batches depending on your pan size.
