Roasted Garlic Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

1 package Campari Tomatoes, rinsed & cut in half
1 whole bulb of garlic, peeled
Garlic Olive Oil (generously cover tomatoes & garlic)
Salt Sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning, to taste
Fresh basil  (or whatever Basil is available to you!)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Place tomatoes & garlic in shallow baking dish & generously drizzle with Garlic Olive Oil
3. Season with Tuscan Farmhouse Seasoning
4. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, until tomatoes blister & garlic is softened
5. Transfer to a bowl & blend together (I used an immersion blender)
6. Sprinkle with basil & season as needed

**I used this sauce over chicken but you put it over pasta or eggplant or chicken parm, etc. or you can make it ahead and freeze it for a rainy day!
