Wrapped Baked Brie with Cranberries

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. – ¾ lb. Brie wedge
  • 1 pack of crescent rolls, you will have 2-3 extra unused
  • 1 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 T Local Honey (We used the Dees Bees sold in store!)
  • Fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Wrap brie in crescent rolls and place in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle Cranberry Pear Balsamic and Honey over the brie.
  4. Top with fresh cranberries, as desired.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, or until crescent rolls are a light toasted brown.
  6. Serve with French rounds, or cracker of choice!
