Blueberry Balsamic Pork Chops

Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless center cut pork chops

1/2 tsp Seasonella Salt (sold in store)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp pepper

2 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1/4 cup Pinehurst Olive Oil Wild Blueberry Balsamic

2 T honey

2 tsp cornstarch


Instructions

1. Sprinkle pork chops with Seasonella salt, garlic powder and pepper

2. Heat 2 T Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil in a nonstick skillet over medium- high heat and add pork chops. Cook until cooked through and temperature reads 135 degrees. Remove from heat and let pork continue cooking until 145 degrees.

3. While the pork is continuing to rest and cook, prepare the blueberry balsamic sauce. Add the blueberries, blueberry balsamic and honey to a skillet. Cook until blueberries are soft and then add cornstarch to thicken.

4. Spoon the blueberry balsamic sauce over the pork chops.
