- 3 (15.5oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 5T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1/3cup lemon juice
- 2T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/3c Lime Juice
- Put all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Serve with warm pita bread, naan, or crackers.
