Easy Bruschetta

  • 57 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes, unrefrigerated
  • 1 Baguette
  • The Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Basil Olive Oil
  • The Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Traditional 18yr aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • Seasonello Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt (or just salt & pepper)


  1. Chop the basil into thin strips or chiffonade cut
  2. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, 1/4in-1/2in in size
  3. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and drizzle with Basil Olive Oil
  4. Place the baguette slices on a hot griddle or grill and toast each side until you can see light brown lines across the bread
  5. Combine the basil and tomatoes in a bowl, toss with a drizzle of Basil Olive Oil
  6. Season with a 1/4 tsp Seasonello Herbal Salt
  7. Top baguette slices with a heaping spoonful of the tomato mixture
  8. Drizzle lightly with the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and enjoy!
