- 10 ounces of cherry or cherub tomatoes, chopped in half or quartered
- 8 ounces of whole milk mozzarella, cherry sized. Chopped in half or fourths
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2–3 Tbsp. Pinehurst Olive Oil 18yr Aged Traditional Balsamic
- 2–3 Tbsp. Pinehurst Olive Oil Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Pinehurst Olive Oil Seasonella Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Serve on its’ own or with crostini. Enjoy!
