Pinehurst Olive Oil Caprese Salad

  • 10 ounces of cherry or cherub tomatoes, chopped in half or quartered
  • 8 ounces of whole milk mozzarella, cherry sized. Chopped in half or fourths
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 23 Tbsp. Pinehurst Olive Oil 18yr Aged Traditional Balsamic
  • 23 Tbsp. Pinehurst Olive Oil Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Pinehurst Olive Oil Seasonella Bologna Aromatic Herbal Salt
  • Salt & Pepper to taste.


  1. Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  3. Serve on its’ own or with crostini. Enjoy!
