Skillet Chipotle Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 3 T Pinehurst Olive Oil Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 T Dees Bees Honey (Our local honey in store!)
  • 1 ½ T fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ½ tsp. Chipotle Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 T fresh chopped cilantro
  • Fresh lime wedges to garnish and squeeze extra juice as desired

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp, drain and pat dry.
  2. Heat Chipotle Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add the shrimp, stir and start cooking. Add the honey, lime juice, chipotle powder, and salt. Stir to combine and cook shrimp until both sides are nicely cooked. Should be about 5 minutes total.
  3. Remove from heat, add cilantro and fresh lime wedges. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
